  • Condition: Very good condition for age, two small chips on underside of main lid, inner lid is good. Slight discoloration on lid, possibly from old tape being used to hold lid down. Inner rim of jar has what looks like a crack or possibly a manufacturing flaw. All are minor and not easy to see.

    Description

    Antique Blue Willow Ginger Jar or Tea Caddy, probably English, unmarked. Looks like the Two Temples pattern or a variation of it. Measures 4" tall x 3 1/2" wide. Believed to be pre 1900. The inner lid is whiter and may or may not be original, but was discovered this way. It could just be cleaner form not being used and covered all these years. From the estate of a massive Blue Willow collector.
