    Description

    Rare, Burgess & Leigh Blue Willow Ginger Jar. It is made of porcelain in the blue willow pattern. It measures approx. 6 inches high x 5 inches in diameter at its widest part tapering down to a 3" base. Excellent condition with no signs of wear or aging. It has 1 tiny fleabite nick at the base of the lid. Unless the lid is removed. it's virtually unnoticeable(see last image). No cracks, no crackling, no scratches. It is stamped on the bottom: "Willow" made especially for R. Twinning & Co., Ltd, by Burgess & Leigh Limited, Staffordshire, England Circa 1950s
