This Corn Mash kit contains all the ingredients needed, except spring water, to make a 5 gallon mash of traditional Moonshine. Corn, traditionally used in Bourbons and Tennessee Whiskeys, provides a rich, sweet flavor. Robust flavors of vanilla as well as white sugar and cotton candy can be pulled through and adds sweetness to the smooth, delicious huckleberry flavors of your moonshine.
What comes in the kit: 5 lbs. cracked corn, 5 lbs. sugar, yeast, yeast nutrient, amylase and flavoring.
We've included a packet of sanitizing powder to clean and sterilize all your mashing equipment to insure your mash doesn't become contaminated during the mashing process.
