1.2 The motor drive circuit mainly uses the drive chip L9110H to directly drive the motor. L9110H is a monolithic integrated circuit, high current, high voltage, four-channel drive, its rated operating current is 1A, the maximum can reach 1.5A, and the minimum VSS voltage is 4.5V , Up to 36V, can directly control the motor without isolation circuit. L9110H receives instructions from the main control microcontroller STC89C52 to directly control the working state of the motor. It is very convenient to operate the motor forward, reverse, and stop.
1.3 The tracking part is mainly composed of four reflective infrared photoelectric sensors ST188 and four potentiometers. The ST188 type is used to complete the system tracking task. The tracking circuit is used to realize the carriage along the black arc of the field to guide the trajectory and position correction, and the carriage cannot deviate from this trajectory. In this training, the ST188 reflective infrared photoelectric sensor is used to complete the system tracking task. The hardware circuit is relatively simple to implement, and its sensitivity can be achieved by adjusting the multi-turn potentiometer.
