obviously buckle has been pre-owned, but in like near excellent condition. Velvet Blue box. No  Price tags on back as well.  This is one you shouldn't pass up.  Normally they are scratched up or silver plating peeling off the back.  Check out photos and see for yourself.  Had it displayed in glass case for awhile, appears it may have been worn a little by previous owner, barely see evidence of that on the backside.  Then maybe not worn either, can't be sure.
