item in my EBAY store is a NORTHWOOD  "TREE TRUNK"  LARGE TALL AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS MID-SIZE VASE.   This NORTHWOOD "TREE TRUNK" large vase is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age has now become a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass;   I may also add that this NORTHWOOD  "TREE TRUNK"  LARGE TALL AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS MID-SIZE VASE is an early NORTHWOOD vintage antique "TREE TRUNK" carnival glass vase that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition that was surely cherrished by a couple of people who have once owned this American beauty according to the condition this "TREE TRUNK" large vase remains in today, a very outstanding beautiful carnival glass mid-size vase;   This NORTHWOOD "TREE TRUNK" vase that I have here is a large piece of glass for your money, these large vases are all very much sought after, and this particular vase that I have here is marked with the NORTHWOOD trade mark shown on the outside bottom of this vase that is shown in a photo;   My info talk about this pattern and the only item produced in this "TREE TRUNK" pattern are vases in various sizes, you could have a collection of this "TREE TRUNK" pattern alone buying all the different sizes, and of course this "TREE TRUNK" pattern naturally comes in all the colors imaginable and the best part is the money keeps going up too when buying the size and COLOR, in the numerous photos taken it did not matter which angle or positions I photographed this American beauty the COLOR and iridescence can be seen............ after all carnival glass is all about the COLOR and iridescence.......... there is nothing better than spending money for something good, these three vase sizes, a so called standard size, a mid-size size, and then the monster size called a funeral vase, now that size vase is a beauty to hold in your hand if I must say so, I do have three of these funeral vases but not quite ready to part with these yet;
