Vintage Rington's Blue Willow Teapot, Unusual Offset Design
(SUPER RARE)  vintage Blue Willow pattern teapot with a fun and unusual offset design with the handle and spout to the corners.
The pot dates to around the early 80's and was part of a very large collection of blue and white transfer ware at a local plantation sale, it is in pristine order, I think it was only used for display. The base of the pot is marked for Rington's (an English tea supplier), this is a later issue of their pieces, they have been producing tea and promotional wares since the Victorian period.
The pot measures approx 7 3/4" tall by 8" wide from the end of the spout to the end of the handle, it is very attractive and sturdy, see photos as part of the description.
