  • Condition: OPAL TOOTHPICK HOLDER, HAND PAINTED WOMAN'S TIGHT CORSET SHAPE, FLOWER decoration with LOTS OF GOLD, measuring approximately 3" high and 2 1/2 wide. This toothpick / perfume is shown in both references; VICTORIAN GLASS NOVELTIES; JO & BOB SANFORD, page 162. and in: GLASS TOOTHPICK HOLDERS , Neila & Tom Bredehoft and Jo & Bob sanford, page 22. Manufacture unknown but believed to be BELLAIRE GOBLET COMPANY, c1886. This was often shown as a novelty item that was used possibly a perfume and/or a toothpick holder. I can find what may be no-show issues that should be considered. I am attaching pictures of areas on the rim of the pick that appear to be roughness and one line that shows on the inside of the pick but does not show on the outside of the pick. PLEASE examine all pictures carefully the pictures are a major part of my description and this toothpick is sold as-is with not return.
