THIS IS A USED ITEM, SAVED FROM A REMODEL PROJECT - Its approximate 10 to 12 years old - it was in a guest bathroom with very little use.  Its clean and shiny!  However,  please take into consideration that the cartridges/, filters, or other insides that may need replacing due to re-installation.  The plumber may need to install this unit for you, costing a fee and other hardware (insides) may need to be purchased.  It can be done as I sold another Julia faucet in great condition and the buyer had to contact a plumber to refit some of the insides.  I am not responsible for that, the price is for the unit itself, all other costs are buyer's responsible.  Cosmetically this unit is in pristine shape.  Wear and tear of the unit, is a Minimal.  However, it has been installed and uninstalled with an at least 10 - 12 year span between the two installations with minimal use.

Again, I can not see the insides of the unit and can only say when it was installed the faucet did not leak, it was hardly used, see pictures.  However,  additionally expense may be required to re-install the unit, new cartridges or seals may need to be replaced.  I am not responsible for those fees.  Please take that into consideration when purchasing this unit.
"AS IS"  condition.  I can provide additional pictures or information.  The plumbers that removed it stated it can be reinstalled, again just not sure what will need to be replaced because after any removal and a re-installation, additionally costs may incur at buyer's expense.
